Pender Island, Southern Gulf Islands, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the inaugural pinot gris from Sea Star, and it's a welcome addition to the portfolio. Ripe pear, yellow apple, yellow plum is tightened with a bright lemon peel and rings with citrus freshness. There's a lovely stony base, textured with apricot peel grip on the finish. The richness of pinot gris here meets the marine freshness of the coast, to great results.
