Seresin Raupo Creek Pinot Noir 2013

Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandSeresin is the leader in organic, biodynamic winemaking in New Zealand. This is from Their Raupo Creek Vineyard is on clay slopes in Marlborough's Omaka Valley. Wild ferment, this spent 18 months in French oak (20 percent new) before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Perfumed raspberry, mulberry, deep plum, resinous branch and fine raspy spice on this single vineyard pinot noir. Gritty, fine tannins, still in youth, and eager to take on duck or rabbit.Tasted: 18 May 2017Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
