Overberg, South AfricaDusky plum, wild cassis and thorny branch throughout this Bot River syrah/mouvedre blend. The name should signify that whole bunch makes up a good presence in this wine. Peppery black fruit carries a light smoked meats, thorny, resinous and stoney palate, one with a wild herb streak and lightly grippy tannins.
