Fielding Estate Winery Riesling Icewine 2012
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaSoft and welcoming, this riesling icewine is showing some wear of age, with soft, downy edges framing a honeyed, apricot, beach ball core. Perhaps reflective of the warm 2012 vintage in Niagara, this is lacking that acidic edge that makes icewine soar.
