Côtes de Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceI admit I’m a sucker for the super light Provençal pink colour of French rosé. It’s enough to get me to taste the wine and when it follows that up with a dry, fresh, barely fruit scented rosé, well what more can you ask for. This blend of syrah, grenache, vermentino and cabernet sauvignon grown at 300-plus meters on clay and limestone hits the mark. Think tomatoes, fish, chicken, cheese or sunshine.
