Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEx Nihilo sits near 50 degrees north in cool-climate Lake Country, a perfect home for riesling, especially in 2015 when temperatures across the valley soared. The style of this riesling is lean and dry. The midpalate is tightly strung with yellow fruits dominating. The finish is dry, perhaps a touch woolly, with dry, stony mineral highlights. It's all free-run juice fermented in stainless steel before spending a few months in tank prior to bottling.
