Haywire The Bub 2015

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Bub is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Oliver's Secrest Vineyard. After fermentation in concrete and stainless, this was bottled in November 2015 for secondary fermentation, and disgorged late December 2016 with zero dosage. They've dialled it here: crisp, tight, focused and ringed with orchard fruit, finishing with light toast, pithy white grapefruit note and frisky acidity.
