Nik Weis St. Urbans-Hof Saar Riesling 2016

Mosel, GermanyQuiet floral, dried herbs nose with bits of fresh cut apples. Just off-dry, but barely noticeable, with the Saar minerality and stones leading a fresh palate of salty, orchard fruits that is pristine and lip-smacking.
