Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the Saddle Block of Gentleman Farmer Vineyard, this aged five months in stainless steel, preserving the bright fruit. Juicy pear, yellow apple, apricot and white peach tones. There’s a very tart white cranberry juice that floods the palate, one with a frame of sweet ginger ale spicing and zesty, high acidity.
