Blue Grouse Quill Dry White 2014

British Columbia, CanadaThe Quill ‘Dry White’ is a blend of grapes from the Cowichan Valley and the Okanagan in 2014 and mostly from Oliver and Kelowna. The mix is 48/40/3/9 pinot blanc, pinot auxerrois, pinot gris/müller-thurgau and siegerrebe/gewürztraminer and sauvignon blanc, all stainless-steel fermented. A bright and lively blend of Okanagan and Vancouver Island grapes. The style is light and bright with muted citrus fruit aromas and flavours in a juicy, light easy-sipping white. Well-made and priced fairly.Tasted: 03 August 2017Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
