CedarCreek Pinot Noir 2015

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2015 pinot noir comes off five blocks and spent 14 months in French oak, reflective in the warm, plush and ripe palate. Raspberry jam, cassis, black plum, ripe blackberry and ample wood spice fills this dense and warm pinot, a complete swing on the spectrum from their lean, herbal and tart styles of past. Tannins are gritty and ripe, and the finish is warm. Ripe, warm, simple, juicy style you can drink now with salmon burgers or turkey paillard.Tasted: 22 August 2017Tasted by: Treve Ring & Anthony GismondiPrices:
