Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a new release from CedarCreek, an easy drinking, if unconventional blend of chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. The good news is its lean and snappy entry and smooth creamy finish. The mix spends about a month in 85 percent stainless steel and 15 percent neutral French oak to come together. Spicy and round with white peach, pear and apple over a thick bed of lees.
