Desert Hills Pinot Gris 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of countless BC ripe, round, sweet pinot gris that are starting to look like the New Zealand labels. Sweet flavours of honeysuckle and ripe pear flavours coat the palate but there isn’t enough acidity to counterbalance that sugar in the finish. This requires something to eat that is spicy-hot, like barbecue ribs or a Thai curry to correct the Ph and make it more fun to drink. Best well-chilled and served solo on the patio.Tasted: 18 August 2017Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
