Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNano-negoc Brad Royale worked with Laughing Stock's David Enns on this cab franc, the second release. 40 percent whole cluster inclusion (with stems) while the remainder was whole berry, this spent 45 days on the skins before pressing into an older puncheon for approximately 15 months. Smoked meats, smoked herbs, ripe raspberry, dusky cherry, lined with iron and flicked with a flinty edge before this young wine ends in a downy raspberry pillow. Generous plum on the medium bodied palate, but with a beauty fine lift that streams much fresher and higher than the warming 14.5 percent.
