See Ya Later Ranch Pinot Gris 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSweet orchard pear, golden delicious apple and light ginger ale mark this ripe, fuller-bodied pinot gris, mainly from the Thomas Ranch Vineyard just south of Okanagan Falls. Forty percent is fermented in French and American oak; the remainder in stainless steel. A bump of residual sugar floats above rest covering the fruit and shortening the length.
