Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier Dry Riesling 2014

GermanyBischöfliche Weingüter Trier cultivates approximately 95 hectares of vineyard, among them some of the most legendary sites in the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer and most entirely planted to riesling. Petrol and sulphur open this Mosel riesling, characterized "dry" with a touch (9 grams per litre) of residual sugar. Fermented in stainless, where it spends a few months on lees before bottling, this is a light, simple, dry-ish riesling, filled with lemon tart and white peach, and that finishes with an efficient snap.
