Baden-Württemberg, GermanyUnlike most (really, all) sekt you've tried, this is real sparkling wine, made by Germany's oldest producer of fizz, Kessler. This is a traditional method sparkling brut of chardonnay and pinot noir, with 20 months on the lees. Strawberry, raspberry, cherry floss is kept frisky and tight with acidity.
