Monterey County, Central Coast, California, United StatesMade to be a pure, clean expression of chardonnay via ferments in stainless steel and small concrete tanks, things seem to go awry in the bottle. The attack is soft, sweet and sugary with sweet tinned pineapple and guava flavours with a slippery glycerol coated finish. Disjointed.
