Mosel, GermanyBC is justifiably proud of its riesling, but few if any can reach the heights of this Kesselstatt Sonnenhur Kabinett. The freshness and the vibrancy of this acidity is amazing. The combination of floral herbal notes with that stony mineral undercurrent draws you back to the wine, glass, after glass, after glass before it finishes in a crescendo of grapefruit pith and citrus.
