This was organic fruit sourced from Osoyoos and Golden Mile Bench, and was fermented and aged in concrete for nine months prior to bottling. Thorny, dusky plum, black raspberry, dark plum, wild thorns with lovely, lively peppery spice. Beauty shades of purple here, with lightly grippy tannins. Acidity lifts all.
