O Rosal, Rías Baixas, Galicia, SpainDavila is a mix of Albariño, Loureiro and Caiño Blanco from north western Spain's Rias Baixas and its cooler, marine-influenced clay, silt and sandy soils. This spent four months on the lees in stainless before bottling. Crisp and tight citrus blossoms, melon, tight pear, juicy nectarine on a subtle palate.
