Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAn atypical (thankfully) blend of pinot noir and pinotage, this day-glo pink wine had 24 hours of skin contact before pressing and cooler fermentation. Disjointed and angular, with strawberry jam and watermelon elbowing sharp green apple acids in a pool of sweet candy apple.
