Chapel Hill The Parson Shiraz 2016

McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaClassic McLaren Vale shiraz always starts with a generosity of rich fruit and softness, and this wine has all that and more. Sweet but not over the top, the palate is warm and fresh and the peppery, licorice fruit persistent. A pleasant surprise perhaps due to a maturation period in older French oak.
